About Workplace Voice
Real Experiences. Better Workplace Decisions.
Workplace Voice is a trusted community platform for UK workers. We believe that sharing real experiences, learning from others, and accessing free resources can help people navigate workplace problems with more confidence.
Our mission
Too many workers in the UK face workplace difficulties without knowing their options or feeling too isolated to act. Professional advice can be expensive, and not everyone knows where to look for free support.
Workplace Voice exists to fill that gap — not by replacing professional advice, but by helping workers find community, understand what others have experienced in similar situations, and discover the free resources available to them.
We are independent. We have no relationship with any employer, union, law firm, or government agency. We do not make money from referring users to specific legal services.
Our principles
Community-led, not verdict-led
Workplace Voice will never declare that a case is won, proven, legally strong, or legally valid. We provide a space for sharing experiences, not a platform for legal judgments.
Privacy first
We offer anonymity options for workers and never publish personal contact information. Your identity can be hidden from other community members.
Balanced and fair
We do not assume all employers, managers, unions, or advisers behave in the same way. Employers and organisations can submit structured responses to experiences.
Transparent and accountable
Our moderation policies, complaint procedures, and appeal processes are publicly documented. We take content safety seriously.

How we label community responses
All community responses are labelled so readers can understand the perspective they come from.

Shared by someone with legal professional experience. Not legal advice.
A supportive, empathetic response focused on wellbeing
Independence and content responsibility
Workplace Voice is an independent community platform with no affiliation with any employer, union, government body, law firm, or enforcement authority. All user-generated content represents only the personal experiences and opinions of the individuals who submit it — it does not represent the views or conclusions of Workplace Voice. We do not independently investigate, verify, validate, endorse, or confirm the truth or accuracy of any content or claim published on the platform. Responsibility for content and any claims made within it remains with the individual who submitted it. We take complaints and moderation seriously — visit our complaints process page or read the full disclaimer.
